RETURN POLICY
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
1) Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted as long as they do not exceed 30 days of delivery of the item. However, all items returned should be unopened, not worn and tags attached. Return postage is to be paid by the returner. Please contact Aurora Lynn Boutique via email at customerservice@aurora-lynn.com with details of the item/s returned as well as shipping details.
Promotional/sale items as well as FINAL SALE and specialty ordered items are not eligible for returns.
Items that qualify for a return are any item that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with original tags attached.
Items returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, cigarette smoke, unusual smells or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached or beyond 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of the returned package/items, a full refund amount will be credited back to the original form of payment.
2) Do you accept exchanges?
Provided the returned item is unopened, exchanges are possible as long as the items are in stock. Please send us a message at: customerservice@aurora-lynn.com with your order number and details of what you would like to exchange. Shipping cost for an exchanged item, will be paid by the customer.
3) I have changed my mind about my item, what do I do?
Unfortunately, as soon as an order is placed on our website, our warehouse team packages and ships the items. This is to avoid delays in the shipping process.
4) How long do refunds take?
Refunds may take up to 14 working days, depending on the system you used to pay with. Please contact us if it has been more than 14 days.
5) What if my item(s) arrive damaged?
If you have received a damaged item, please let us know immediately at customerservice@aurora-lynn.com and provide photos of damaged item for replacement.
6) What is your full return policy?
Items may be returned subject to the discretion and approval, given the following conditions:
Exclusions apply to promotional (free) items, "Final Sale," and specialty ordered items.
Request(s) for returns are accepted within 30 working days from delivery.
All items must be returned in their delivered state, along with all of its parts and tags.
Damaged/defective/wrong items may be exchanged, depending on approval.
Cancellation of items/orders may be made prior to the completion of orders.
The return shipping postage will solely be the responsibility of the buyer.
The management reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds and each case is subjected to the sole discretion of Aurora Lynn LLC.
The company will not be liable for any errors in shipping addresses provided by the customer and will be subject to the item returning back to us before receiving a refund.
Any change of addresses is subject to approval and orders that are shipped/completed are strictly non-editable.
Any reshipment of items done must correspond to the address found in the initial order and cannot be changed nor substituted with another address, design or brand of the item. We are not liable for the inaccuracy of address as provided by the buyer.
