Shipping Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping Aurora Lynn Boutique. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Local delivery:

Customers living within the Jefferson City, Missouri area may choose to have purchases delivered directly to them.  Orders will be fulfilled within one to two business days from time of purchase.  In some cases, deliveries may take place the same day of purchase.

In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as unfavorable weather conditions, deliveries may be delayed. Aurora Lynn Boutique will contact customers directly via email or phone to reschedule delivery.

 

Shipment processing time if not local delivery:


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If shipping will be delayed, a message will be posted online and/or emailed to the customer.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

 

Currently, all orders placed are free of shipping charges and incurred by Aurora Lynn Boutique. 

Orders will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage and should arrive within three-five business days, depending on delivery location and barring no weather or other shipping interruptions.

Once a package is delivered to the address noted, per the tracking information provided via USPS, Aurora Lynn Boutique is no longer responsible for the package or its contents. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Aurora Lynn Boutique ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes


Aurora Lynn Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages


Aurora Lynn Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If an order is damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
